About my favorite subject when I studied at high school, I want to mention about English. This is the subject I found the most fascinating when I was young.
The first thing I want to talk about is English teachers. All of them are Vietnamese people, who are very dedicated, lovely and creative. They came up with many ways with purpose to make students learning English better. In particular, they combined games with studying English to help us remember the lessons more quickly. I could learn a lot of good things from them.
English is one of the main subjects at school so we study this subject 3 to 4 periods a week and each period last approximately 45 minutes. In 45 minutes, we study 4 skills of English: listening, reading, writing and speaking. However, at school, teachers focus on writing and grammar the most. The skill I found enjoyable the most is listening because I can listen to native speakers’ pronunciation and intonation.
Well, I am passionate about learning English because of some reasons. The first one is that my passion is to speak English accurately and fluently as much as I could and English is my inspiration in my life. Another reason is that at high school, this subject is relatively easy so I always got high grades and compliments from my teachers.
